Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. International shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Are IQUNIX keyboards compatible with both macOS and Windows?
Yes, most of our keyboards feature a physical toggle or shortcut to switch between macOS and Windows layouts. We also include extra keycaps for both operating systems in the box.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All IQUNIX keyboards come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
